Bhāvanārām
A meditation center and Dhamma garden for those seeking quiet, learning, and shared merit under the shelter of the Buddha's teaching.
Origins of Bhāvanārām
Bhāvanārām Lopburi was established on land that originally belonged to Khun Mae Somsong Pookcharoen, mother of Siripoj Pookcharoen. Before her passing 13 years ago, Siripoj requested about 25 rai of land for a place to make merit and care for the Sangha.
The grounds have been developed over about nine years. Siripoj walked the land every day to understand its wind direction and terrain, gradually shaping the place into Bhāvanārām as it stands today.
Bhāvanārām welcomes practitioners of faith in the awakening of the Buddha to come, cultivate the practice, and grow the merit of life across all four dimensions of bhāvanā.

Those Who Shaped This Place
Bhāvanārām began with the intention of Siripoj Pookcharoen and Rutaiwan Pookcharoen. Siripoj requested about 25 rai from land originally belonging to his mother, Khun Mae Somsong Pookcharoen, so it could become a place for merit-making, Sangha care, and Buddhist practice.
Phra Phawin Dhammavuḍḍho (Luangphi Win) is the monk who leads meditation practice, oversees religious activities, and teaches meditation at Bhāvanārām. His aspiration is to share the Dhamma of the Buddha with everyone interested in practice.
Siripoj Pookcharoen and Rutaiwan Pookcharoen helped shape Bhāvanārām on about 25 rai from land originally belonging to Khun Mae Somsong Pookcharoen. Siripoj requested this land before her passing 13 years ago, intending to create a place for merit-making and Sangha care. Across about nine years of development, he walked the land every day to understand its wind direction and terrain, gradually shaping it into Bhāvanārām as it stands today.
